The Sunday evening news that Rob Reiner had died, an event police are investigating as a homicide and have taken his son into custody for, was a tremendous shock to the film world. In an industry that's famous for jealousy and rancor, Reiner was fairly universally loved.
He was one of film's most celebrated directors, with a string of hits that changed pop culture, introducing phrases that are still used today. And to honor that legacy, many fans are seeking out his work on Monday.
