Donald Trump was the target of another apparent assassination attempt while golfing on Sunday. The former president and presidential candidate is safe and the FBI is investigating the incident. One person is in custody.

Vice President and presidential candidate Kamala Harris said she was briefed on the incident. “I am glad he is safe,” she wrote on X about Trump. “Violence has no place in America.”

The Biden administration targeted Shein, Temu, and Alibaba for “’abuse” of trade loopholes. Use of the loophole, which allows shipments valued at $800 or less to enter the U.S. duty free, has raised concerns over potential consumer safety risks.
