Join Quartz senior reporter Ephrat Livni and geopolitics editor Pete Gelling at 11am ET as they discuss the US Supreme Court’s current docket. Last term, the court was surprisingly mild. After the contentious confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh, observers expected an ideologically split bench to produce narrowly divided decisions along party lines. They were wrong.

This term, however, the docket is packed with major cases on divisive matters like abortion, gun rights, immigration, and copyright. Ephrat and Pete will parse the cases, and discuss the broader ramifications.
