Starbucks $SBUX announced its fall 2026 menu will launch Aug. 25, headlined by the return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte and several new beverages, including a chai-cider hybrid called the Chaider and two banana bread-inspired drinks.

The Chaider, available in hot and iced versions, blends apple cinnamon and sweet spice into a single drink, the company said. Also joining the menu for the first time are the Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai, which combine banana, cinnamon, and brown sugar flavors. Starbucks said both banana bread drinks will remain available beyond the fall season.

The pumpkin lineup is expanding this year. In addition to the returning Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, Starbucks is adding the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai, and Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, the company said.

Pecan drinks are also returning. The Pecan Cortado, Pecan Crunch Latte, and Iced Pecan Crunch Latte will all be back on Aug. 25, the company said.

The Apple $AAPL Crisp drinks that appeared on previous fall menus were not included in the announced lineup, according to Allrecipes. According to Parade, Apple Crisp first appeared in 2021, was pulled from menus in 2024, and was reinstated for fall 2025 after fans pushed back online.

On the food side, the fall menu will include two new items and one returning pastry. The Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket packs 20 grams of protein into a toasted whole wheat lavash flatbread layered with chicken, bacon, and a garlic herb cheese spread, the company said. The new Hedgehog Cake Pop features vanilla cake with chocolate icing. The returning Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is a spiced pumpkin muffin with a cream cheese filling and chopped spiced pepitas.

Starbucks also announced a limited-edition merchandise line called the PSL Society collection, which includes drinkware and a hat.

The fall menu announcement comes as Starbucks has been reporting strengthening sales. The company raised its full-year earnings guidance in late July after fiscal third-quarter global comparable store sales rose 7.9%, driven by a 4.2% increase in transaction volume. Starbucks lifted its adjusted earnings per share target for fiscal year 2026 to a range of $2.55 to $2.65 and raised its U.S. same-store sales growth outlook to slightly greater than 6%.
