Starbucks $SBUX is bringing back the S'mores Frappuccino for a limited time this summer, the company said, marking the drink's first return in six years.
The construction begins at the base with milk chocolate sauce and marshmallow-flavored whipped cream, over which a blended mixture of ice, milk, coffee, and vanilla syrup is layered. Graham cracker crumbles and a second layer of marshmallow whipped cream complete the drink, the company said. Starbucks Rewards members can order it beginning June 30, with a nationwide rollout on July 1.
A new S'mores Cold Brew is also joining the menu on the same timeline, according to Allrecipes, combining cold brew coffee with chocolate syrup, graham cracker, and a topping of Marshmallow Cold Foam.
The S'mores drinks are part of a broader wave of additions to the summer menu. Starbucks is also introducing three Blended Energy Refreshers — the Blended Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Energy Refresher, the Blended Mango Strawberry Lemonade Energy Refresher, and the Blended Pink Energy Drink — available beginning July 14, according to AOL. A Blended Matcha Lemonade is also joining the menu for a limited time, though an exact release date has not been confirmed.
Tied to the same seasonal push, Starbucks announced a Pink Drink-themed merchandise collection featuring a belt bag, hair clips, an oversized keychain, and colorful drinkware. The merchandise hits store shelves on July 7 and will remain on sale only as long as stock holds out.
The summer menu additions are the third round of seasonal offerings Starbucks has announced this year. The chain launched its initial summer 2026 lineup in May, headlined by the new Tropical Butterfly Refresher and a returning lineup of horchata-inspired beverages, alongside a new scheduled ordering feature in the Starbucks app.
The ongoing menu expansion comes as Starbucks works to rebuild customer traffic following an extended stretch of declining same-store sales. The company reported its first same-store sales growth in nearly two years last quarter, with CEO Brian Niccol saying the turnaround is taking hold. The chain has made a series of operational changes in recent months, including reviving in-store milk and sugar stations and reinstating free refills for some orders.
