On Monday, a little over a thousand people across India were asked what they thought of Uber, days after a young woman accused a cab driver working with the San Fransico-based startup of raping her.
Their answers, collated by polling service instaVaani, revealed that although the majority hold Uber responsible for the incident, significant numbers don’t agree with the Delhi government’s decision to ban the app-based cab booking service.
