Chips Ahoy has launched a special-edition cookie for the release of Disney $DIS and Pixar's Toy Story 5. The cookie has a graham base with white fudge chips, chocolate candy blast chips, and star-shaped sheriff badge sprinkles inspired by Woody.
The new product is called Chips Ahoy with Disney and Pixar's "Toy Story" Candy Blasts Fudgy Chocolate Chip Cookies. Walmart $WMT and ShopRite are among the retailers carrying the cookies, with ShopRite pricing them at $5.59.
A separate Mini Original Fudgy Chocolate Chip Cookies line also got a Toy Story makeover, with character artwork including Jessie printed on the packaging in place of any candy inclusions. At Walmart, ten-packs of those minis are available for $5.97.
The Chips Ahoy release is one of several brand promotions timed to coincide with Toy Story 5, which arrives in theaters June 19 and is directed by Andrew Stanton, with voices from Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, and Joan Cusack. Papa Johns launched a Toy Story 5 menu and Pizza Planet pop-up experiences in Los Angeles, London, Seoul, and Madrid, offering three themed pizzas at all locations and running the broader menu rollout across 43 markets worldwide through July 19.
