Conair LLC is recalling approximately 12,660 Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grills in the United States after reports that the pizza oven's tempered glass window can shatter mid-use, creating a potential laceration hazard. About 83 additional units sold in Canada are also covered by the recall.

The affected product is a stainless-steel gas grill that combines a griddle, a stove-top burner, and a pizza oven. The pizza oven's tempered glass sits on top of the grill's lid. Owners can locate the model number, CGG-6331, as well as the serial number, on a label affixed inside the grill's right-hand metal door, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The grills were sold at Lowe's $LOW and Walmart $WMT, as well as on cuisinart.com, between December 2024 and May 2026, according to Fox Business. Prices ranged from $500 to $750. The grills were manufactured in China and imported by Conair, which does business as Cuisinart and is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut.

The CPSC said Conair has received 37 reports of glass shattering during use, including one report of a fire. One additional shattering report came from Canada. No injuries have been reported.

Anyone who owns one of the affected grills is urged to take it out of service right away. The CPSC instructs owners to go to Conair's website and verify whether their particular unit falls under the scope of the recall. If it is, they should follow Conair's instructions to remove the tempered glass from the pizza oven, then upload two photographs to the recall website — one of the removed glass and one showing the grill's serial number.

Once a grill is verified, owners are eligible for either a $500 check or a full refund equal to the original purchase price if they can supply a receipt, the CPSC said. After the refund is issued, owners are asked to mark the word "Recall" on the glass using a black permanent marker and then discard it.

Consumers can also contact Conair at 833-408-0463, available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, or visit cuisinart.com and click on "Product Recalls" at the bottom of the page.
