The Brooklyn, New York-based company said it had net income of 62 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, came to 78 cents per share.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 11 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 78 cents per share.
The online crafts marketplace posted revenue of $842.3 million in the period, surpassing Street forecasts. Twelve analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $827.4 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $307.6 million, or $2.24 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.75 billion.
