The Bloomington, Illinois-based bank said it had earnings of 58 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 60 cents per share.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 60 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $70.6 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $56.3 million, falling short of Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $57.8 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $65.8 million, or $2.07 per share. Revenue was reported as $227.1 million.
