US attorney general William Barr will address reporters at 9:30am ET today ahead of his release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Mueller submitted his report to the Justice Department on March 22. Barr has released a four-page summary of its “principal conclusions,” in which he said investigators found no evidence of collusion between Donald Trump’s campaign and the Russian government. Barr also said Mueller’s team didn’t find proof that Donald Trump obstructed justice but didn’t exonerate him, either.

Since then, Democrats have been clamoring to read the full report. Members of Mueller’s team have reportedly said that the investigators’ conclusions were in fact far more damaging to Trump than Barr’s summary to Congress made it seem, describing the report’s allegations as “alarming and significant.”

The report will reportedly include color-coded redactions, indicating either information related to confidential grand jury proceedings, classified intelligence material, ongoing investigations, or anything that might infringe on the privacy of people who have not been charged.

Deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein is expected to accompany Barr this morning. Mueller himself will not attend.
