Abba Krieger is the Robert Steinberg professor of statistics, marketing, and operations and information decisions at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Abba earned bachelor's degrees from MIT in pure mathematics and management science, an S.M. degree from the Sloan School, and a master's degree and PhD in mathematical statistics from Harvard University. He has won numerous teaching awards and served as chairman of the statistics department. Abba has published 150 research papers, has contributed to book publications, and has been a consultant to many Fortune 500 companies. He was elected as a fellow of the American Statistical Association, the Institute of Mathematical Statistics, and the International Statistical Institute.
