Andy Katz-Mayfield co-founded Harry's, his company's flagship brand, after a bad experience trying to buy razor blades in 2013. He is now the CEO of Harry’s Inc., an organization that builds personal care brands.Harry’s ambition is to create exceptional shaving and personal care products that better meet the needs of modern men. In May 2019, Harry's Inc. announced a combination with Edgewell Personal Care to create a next-generation consumer products platform. Andy will serve as co-president of US operations at the newly combined company, upon the transaction closing. Previously, Andy worked at private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners and management consultant firm Bain & Company. He graduated from Duke University with a BA in Public Policy and earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Andy currently splits his time between Los Angeles and New York City, where he lives with his wife and daughter.
