Annaliese Griffin is co-founder and editor-in-chief the email magazine Brooklyn Based. She has written for The New York Times, The New York Daily News and New York Magazine, among other publications. A graduate of Reed College and the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, she tries not to let her obsession with procedural dramas, BBC shows and Masterpiece Mystery get in the way of her work.
