Arthur Musah is a Ghanaian filmmaker and software consultant. His documentary film Naija Beta played in Africa, Europe and the US, winning several festival awards. His new work-in-progress film Brief Tender Light follows 4 African youths through college in America, and is an ITVS co-production. Musah studied filmmaking in the University of Southern California’s MFA program, and holds a bachelor’s and a master’s in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. He has recently supported the LGBTQ+ Rights Movement in Ghana by organizing protests in New York against the detention of activists and against an anti LGBTQ+ bill in Ghana. Follow him @pidgincinema
