Benedicta Cipolla is a writer and digital strategist in New York. She serves as a consultant to startups on organizational structure, internal operations, and editorial strategy. A former magazine editor, she also spent 10 years as a religion reporter, and may or may not be working on a book about growing up as the daughter of a married Catholic priest and the future of celibacy in the church.
