As a partner of HPWP Group, Bob Dusin promotes leadership and organizational development through positivity, coaching, and problem-solving. In collaboration with another HPWP peer, Bob recently co-authored a book: "Creating the High Performance Work Place: It's Not Complicated to Develop a Culture of Commitment." In the nineties, Bob lived in Chicago, where he studied improv led by some of the great actors of the Second City comedy troupe. He still attribute his success to improv acting. Fast-forward to today, and you’ll find him working with companies and business leaders to create strong work cultures.
