Bridget van Kralingen is SVP of IBM Industry Platforms & Blockchain. IBM’s Blockchain business, one of several priorities within her portfolio, has been recognized as the leader in enterprise-class blockchain solutions. The company is engaged with major brands including Walmart, HSBC, and Maersk to apply blockchain. Bridget is a trained psychologist and began her career as a researcher at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research. She holds a Masters of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa and Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Witwatersrand.
