Caroline Yao is a pediatric surgeon at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Los Angeles. She is a global projects advisor at Operation Smile, and a research affiliate at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where she was previously a plastic surgery fellow. Caroline also volunteers as an assistant professor at University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine.
