Chivon John is an Employee Experience Specialist at Shopify where she champions culture and engagement for its workforce of remote employees. In addition to her work at Shopify, she is also a speaker, wellbeing strategist, podcast host and advocate for flexible work and entrepreneurship. In 2016 she represented Canada as a Delegate for the G20 YEA Summit in Beijing, China, and was the official Toronto Ambassador for the United Nations Global Women’s Entrepreneurship Day.
