Daena Giardella is an organizational leadership consultant, executive coach, and senior lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management, where she teaches improvisational leadership. She also teaches numerous skill-based programs on workplace harassment and implicit bias. Daena has enjoyed dual careers in business organizational development and in the performing arts, and she combines these backgrounds to design innovative educational programs for numerous world-class companies, organizations, and academic institutions in the US and abroad.
