Debora Threedy is the Lee E. Teitelbaum Professor of Law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law University of Utah, where she has taught contracts and commercial law for thirty years. Her scholarship ranges across several substantive areas, but her focus is on issues of power and subordination in the context of gender, race and class. She is also a prize-winning playwright.
