Dr. Gail Ferreira, PHD, SPC4, CSP, LSSBB, PMP, leads the knowledge management and IP practices for the Boston Consulting Group’s “Agile at Scale” division. She is the author of the new book “Leading The Agile Enterprise: The Essential Guide To Lean Agile Teams” and she specializes in leading large-scale transformation programs from the C-Level to the team level. Gail has a PhD in management and organizational leadership, she is certified as a Lean Six Sigma blackbelt (LSSBB), a certified scrum professional (CSP), a scale agile program consultant (SPC4), a project management professional (PMP), and she’s currently finishing her executive innovation certificate at Stanford University.
