Harsh works with The Dialogue on project around tech policy. His other areas of interests include National Security, Traditional Knowledge (within Intellectual Property Law) and Intersection of Terrorism and Technology. He has done his bachelors in Business Administration and Law from Symbiosis International University and a Masters in International and Comparative Law from George Washington University. He was also one of the LAMP fellows in the batch of 2017-18.
