Jordan A. Thomas, chair of the whistleblower representation practice at Labaton Sucharow, is a former assistant director in the SEC’s Enforcement Division and had a leadership role in the development of the SEC Whistleblower Program. Since establishing the practice in 2011, he has represented SEC whistleblowers in matters that have led to over $1 billion in sanctions.
