Josephine Lukito is a doctoral candidate in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She holds PhD minors in political science and English linguistics. Josephine’s research focuses on state-sponsored disinformation, international news, and the relationship between foreign policy, news, and public opinion. She has discussed her work in Columbia Journalism Review and on CNN. Josephine’s work was also cited in the Mueller Report.
