Josette Jenean Bailey of Design Consortium LLC is an independent Art consultant, researcher, and writer based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Her expertise extends over two decades to contemporary and historical art from the African diaspora that encompasses many different media. She is a former Chair of the Docent Program for the Smithsonian Institution’s Museum of African Art in Washington, DC. Josette is working on a book about Ethiopian artist, Skunder Alexander Boghossian.
