Kathleen Pai is the VP of HR at Ultimate Software. Pai began her career at Lockheed Martin Corporation as part of their elite Communications Leadership Development Program. It was during her “rotation” in Employee Communications that she partnered closely with a Human Resources executive who saw her potential and passion in HR and recruited her into this field. The rest is history and she has since worked in a variety of industries ranging from aerospace to high tech to leisure.
