As US chairman and managing partner, and Americas managing partner, Kelly leads EY in the US and the Americas, which represent more than 71,500 people in member firms in 31 countries. She is a member of the EY US Executive Committee, the EY Americas Operating Executive and the EY Global Practice Group. During her 27-year tenure with EY, Kelly has served some of the largest audit and advisory clients and held a variety of leadership roles, including central region managing partner and EY Americas vice chair, talent.Kelly has been a member of the US Department of Commerce’s National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Skills for Chicagoland’s Future Trustee, and the Chicago Field Museum of Natural History Board. She received a BA in accounting from Saint Mary’s College.
