Li Huang is an associate professor of organizational behavior at INSEAD. Her research examines the individual and organizational effects of psychological contradictions, or misalignments between an individual’s “true” feelings or desires and what they are socially or psychologically compelled to experience. She holds a PhD in management and organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
