As the founder and CEO of Cooks Venture, Matthew Wadiak's goal is to build a food system that changes industrial agriculture by creating a regenerative system to reverse climate change, while providing people with exceptional food choices. Matthew co-founded and served as COO of Blue Apron, the meal-kit company for home chefs. At Blue Apron, he developed and managed the company's supply chain, led a team of more than 5,000 manufacturing employees at six national centers, and built a network of more than 250 farmers, ranchers, and agronomists. Matthew serves on the board of Goodwill International, an NGO that works to educate and develop better employment opportunities around the country through workforce development and social programs.
