Meenakshi Ganguly is the South Asia director for Human Rights Watch. Previously, she was the South Asia correspondent for Time magazine, covering Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, India, Bangladeshm and Sri Lanka. Ganguly has a master’s in sociology from the Delhi School of Economics.
