Michael W. Kraus is an assistant professor at the School of Management at Yale University. He received his PhD in social psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, where he first began to study the self-sustaining nature of power and hierarchies. He teaches a courses called "Power and Politics" along with courses on team dynamics at Yale. Michael is a native Californian, a Dad, and a Golden State Warriors fan.
