Michelle has spent nearly 20 years working with and leading progressive People functions at companies like AOL, Extreme Networks, Ooyala and now Evernote. Michelle has worn every "HR hat" in the function and firmly believes that understanding the company's business and the culture of it's people is a bare minimum to building an engaged workforce.
