Dr Mladen Adamovic is a Research Fellow in Management at Monash University. Before joining Monash University in 2020, Dr Adamovic worked as a Lecturer in Management at the University of Melbourne and at University of Toulouse (France), where he also completed his PhD. He further completed a Master in International Management at the University of Rennes (France) and a MBA at the University of Kiel (Germany) with semesters abroad in Lisbon and Belgrade.His research is about the following three topics:1) Inclusion of cultural minorities in the workplace2) Cultural differences in management and leadership3) Social side of the workplace: working from home, leadership, and well-beingTo conduct applied research, Dr Adamovic works together with private businesses and government organisations. He is specialised in field experiments, survey studies and statistical data analyses. To communicate his research findings, he presents at international management conferences and publishes in peer-reviewed journals.
