An advocate of the sustainable development goals (SDGs), Radia currently advises organizations including the United Nations on the societal impact of the fourth industrial revolution. In 2011, she developed the “Theory and Practice of Disruptive Organizational Strategy” to help organizations absorb/build-on disruption and founded Build n Blaze in 2012 to serve as a toolmaker, platform, and ecosystem for this practice.
