Sara Nadel is co-founder and chief science officer at StellarEmploy, which uses data to help companies make smarter hiring decisions and reduce turnover. Sara founded the StellarEmploy concept, and its predecessor Farolito, during her doctoral work at the Harvard Kennedy School. Her first job was as a Starbucks barista.
