Sara Hendershot is a two-time world champion and Olympian. While competing in the London Olympics, Sara’s boat broke the Olympic record in their preliminary race and finished fourth overall. Following her Rio Olympic campaign, Sara co-founded Rowfficient, a program working to develop rowers' strength and skill.
