Sara Talpos is a science writer based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has written about the public health effects of war, the neurophysiology of compassion, and the water crisis in Flint, Michigan. Sara has an MFA in creative writing (poetry) and she is interested in the connections between science and literature.
