Simon Usborne is a feature writer based in London. A freelance writer since 2016, he has contributed to the Guardian, GQ, Vogue, Tatler, BuzzFeed and ES Magazine, and writes travel stories for the Financial Times. He won travel writer of the year at this year’s Press Awards and – alarmingly – is about to become a father.
