Siobhan (Shiv) is responsible for all things people, culture, and talent across MullenLowe Group in the UK. She also is on the leadership team of Bloom, a women’s network for the communications industry, where she heads up ally engagement. In 2019, she won Campaign magazine's first ever "Talent Person of the Year" award. She believes fostering a more honest and open working environment where people can bring their "whole selves" to work will help businesses achieve success.
