Authors Keane Shum, Muhammadul Hoque, Sarah Jabin, Fahmina Karim, and Saw Myint monitor maritime movements at the UNHCR Regional Office f​or South-East Asia, and have interviewed over 1,000 refugees and migrants who have travelled by sea in the region.
