A little more than a month before he presents the union budget, India’s finance minister Arun Jaitley was at the World Economic Forum in Davos to make a pitch to global investors that Asia’s third largest economy is back in business.

Jaitley spoke to American journalist Andrew R. Sorkin on “how new leadership is transforming the business, political and social landscape” of India.
