Adam (@aepstein) is the entertainment reporter for Quartz, covering the business of TV, film, streaming, and other media. Before coming to Quartz, Adam was a freelance writer and worked briefly in publishing. He's also a member of the Television Critics Association. Adam graduated from Johns Hopkins University and received a master's degree from the Columbia Journalism School. His obsessions include Cormac McCarthy, the abolitionist John Brown, folk music, and Johns Hopkins lacrosse.
