On a per-share basis, the Omaha, Nebraska-based company said it had profit of 24 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 12 cents per share.
The provider of tax exempt financing for student housing, senior housing and multifamily housing posted revenue of $25.2 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $54 million, or $2.07 per share. Revenue was reported as $104.9 million.
