The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for funds from operations of 49 cents per share.

The company said it had net income of $23.5 million, or 22 cents per share.
The factory outlet mall operator, based in Greensboro, North Carolina, posted revenue of $127.5 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $119.9 million.
For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $217.6 million. Revenue was reported as $438.9 million.
Tanger expects full-year funds from operations in the range of $2.02 to $2.10 per share.
