The Phoenix-based company said it had profit of 44 cents per share.
The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 53 cents per share.
The maker of portable classrooms, mobile offices and storage units posted revenue of $612.4 million in the period, which also fell short of Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $620.8 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $476.5 million, or $2.36 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.36 billion.
WillScot expects full-year revenue in the range of $2.49 billion to $2.64 billion.
